Work and services

Labour and service markets in Poland and Germany are closely intertwined. It is manifested in the employment and flow of workers on the one hand, and the sector of services and delivering orders in the trans-border aspect on the other hand.

The establishment of cooperation, proper organisation as well as assumed division of tasks and obligations, delivery of reciprocal arrangements and supervision in this scope, and, finally, the settlement of projects — that is what determines the success of such cooperation.

Our professional practice provides legal assistance in this respect; we draw up contractual documentation; we carry out negotiations in individual as well as group cases; and we represent our Clients in court proceedings.
