A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law and Management (Universität Rostock), graduate of the Law and Business in the European Union training course (Istituto Universitario di Studi Europei, Turin).
He is a member of the Council of Stakeholders of the Port of Szczecin (RIPS), the Maritime Experts Association (MEA) and the Polish Maritime Law Association (PMLA).
Piotr focuses his activities on Polish-German legal transactions with particular emphasis on the TSL sector (transport and forwarding by sea, inland waterway, road, rail, sea and inland ports) as well as the energy and construction sectors. He has many years of experience in handling EU projects in the field of infrastructure and suprastructure investments.
A participant in a number of training courses, author of press publications, speaker at national and international seminars and conferences.
He is fluent in German and English.
