For more than a decade we have been providing a comprehensive business legal support service acting on behalf of Polish and foreign entrepreneurs in key economic sectors shaping the legal framework for the development of their business, enabling them to realize their ambitious plans and achieve market success.
Working with foreign law firms, we provide legal support in projects spanning the whole of Europe and the countries of North and South America.
Our legal assistance covers both the planning and start-up stage of business activity, including the creation of appropriate structures tailored to the profile and scale of the planned business activity, as well as full support in the course of ongoing operations on a wide range of legal issues. We specialise in the transformation of complex corporate structures and the mergers and acquisitions market.

TRANSPORT, FORWARDING AND LOGISTICS
For many years, we have been continuously involved in providing legal services to companies operating at various levels in international maritime, road and rail transport.
Our clients include reputable carriers, freight forwarders, agents, intermodal operators, trans-shippers, shipping lines, shipowners and entrepreneurs involved in the construction and maintenance of transport and logistics infrastructure.
We deal comprehensively with the drafting and verification of contractual documentation shaping various aspects of cooperation in the field of transport, forwarding and logistics (transport, warehousing, forwarding contracts).
