A 2019 graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin, where she defended her Master’s thesis entitled: „Forced buyout of shares on the grounds of Article 418 of the Code of Commercial Companies”, with an A grade. During her studies, she received the Rector’s Scholarship of the University of Szczecin for the best students. In September 2019, she passed the entrance exam for her legal traineeship at the Szczecin Bar Association of Attorneys at Law with one of the highest results in the region.
Laura primarily deals with comprehensive services for commercial law companies, including entities with foreign capital. Her areas of interest include new technology law, copyright law, labor law, corporate law and issues related to the construction and investment process.
Among others, she has participated in proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), proceedings before the Financial Ombudsman and due diligence projects.
She had already gained professional experience during her studies, working in law firms of attorneys at law, including one of the largest in the West Pomeranian Region.
She is fluent in English.
