A graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and doctoral studies at the University of Szczecin, he is currently studying for an Executive Master of Business Administration (WSB in Poznań / Swiss Business School).
Krzysztof is a founding member of the Polish Maritime Law Association and represents WGO Legal in the Polish-Greek Chamber of Industry and Commerce. He is the co-author of the monograph „Power of Attorney in Civil Matters”.
He has many years of experience as a business lawyer. He has participated in projects in the field of mergers and acquisitions, re-domiciliation, reflagging, restructuring of capital groups and due diligence. As part of his ongoing assistance to clients, he drafts and negotiates commercial contracts, advises on strategic processes and supports entrepreneurs in their day-to-day operations. Krzysztof is particularly familiar with the manufacturing, transport, ferry and construction industries. He specializes in litigation, business and international trade, as well as corporate, civil and employment issues.
He is fluent in English.
